By attending the ‘NHS Procurement - Responses to Change' workshop you will:

• Understand the changes taking place within public health commissioning, NHS 'Right to Reform' and the current main features of the Government’s 'Any qualified Provider' proposal.
• Gain an understanding of the context of providing products and services within a health commissioning environment.
• Have an understanding of the changing financial environment, and an understanding of the commissioning and procurement processes within the public health sector.
• Understand why social enterprise is unique, why it involves a new and different way of working, a different  way of  trading and a different way of making a difference. You will be able to put that understanding into practice in in a fast changing world and be able to apply what you learn to your organisation or your own enterprise.
