Malcolm Gallagher

Malcolm has helped North East organisations win millions of pounds of public sector contracts. To win, he says, it’s not about submitting a tender in for a contract, it’s about knowing how to compete for contracts and how to handle the challenge brought about by the public procurement process. Malcolm, director of BizVision, and writer and presenter of The Suppliers Academy, is known as “the procurement success coach”, and is renowned for his inspirational presentations on how to win public sector and supply chain contracts. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and works globally helping enterprising companies ‘sell to government and big business’.  In the last 3 years over 7,000 UK organisations have attended his various “public procurement and supply chain” workshops presented on behalf of

organisations such as Local Authorities, Business Link, One North East, H.M. Revenue & Customs, Chambers of Commerce and Trade Associations. Over 2,000 SMEs and Third Sector organisations have participated in ‘next stage’ workshops which incorporate the unique Fit 2 Compete ready-to-bid diagnostic. Malcolm and his team are constantly interviewing, on video, procurement officers and directors from both the public and private sector. This has now developed into the unique “Insider Insights” shown at workshops, helping delegates learn more and win faster.
